What is GlycoBol Cluster Dextrin?
It is a dietary supplement specifically designed for anyone who engages in prolonged and intense physical activity. This product uses only highly branched cyclodextrins.
These are obtained from corn starch through hydrolysis. Intake is recommended both pre- and post-workout. The advantage of this glucose polymer is its very low osmolarity and oxidation process, resulting in rapid gastric emptying.
Compared to glucose polymers, this solution draws less fluid into the stomach and intestinal tract, thus facilitating their emptying. Furthermore, by using polymers, the release of glucose from the blood occurs consistently over time, without peaks and therefore with a similarly continuous yield.
GlycoBol Cluster Dextrin, how to dose it?
We recommend dissolving 3 scoops in 250 milliliters of water or other beverage. Take once daily no later than 4 hours after intense training and no later than 6 hours after finishing it.
