Shipping/Deliveries

We deliver throughout Italy, using reliable couriers to ensure fast and secure service. When ordering, you can choose between standard or express shipping, depending on your needs.

Estimated delivery times are:

Standard shipping : 1-3 business days

Express shipping : 2-5 business days

Shipping costs vary based on the value of the order:

For orders under €39.90, shipping costs €3.99 (standard) or €5.99 (express)

For orders of €39.90 or more, standard shipping is free, while express shipping costs €1.99.

If the courier is unable to deliver due to the recipient's absence, a notice will be left and the package will be re-delivered within 24 hours. After two unsuccessful attempts, the courier will contact the customer to arrange a third delivery. If this is also unsuccessful, our shipping department will contact the customer directly to arrange a new delivery method.
