Shipping policy

We ship within Italy via standard courier (1–3 working days) or express courier (2–5 working days). Our delivery partners are Poste Italiane and BRT (Bartolini).

Shipping Costs and Times – Italy

For orders under €49.90, the shipping cost is €5.99.
For orders of at least €49.90, shipping is free for standard delivery and €1.99 for express delivery.

If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again within the next 24 hours. In case of further absence, another notice will be left and the Customer will be contacted by the courier for a third attempt. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the Customer will be contacted by the Dietaesport S.r.l. shipping office to arrange delivery details.
