Recommended doses of Endurosnack 75g Nutrend
To reap the benefits of this supplement, consume 1 sachet 20 minutes before starting your workout. If needed, you can consume 1-2 additional sachets within an hour of the first dose, making sure to drink water immediately after taking it.
However, it is recommended not to take more than four sachets per day.
